I agree with the speaker's broad standpoint that the government should pay more attention to the immediate problems than to the anticipated problems. What needs to be emphasized is that focusing more on the existing social problems doesn't mean an ignorance of the importance to solve the anticipated problems but a better way to investigate them and then to avoid or solve them. Based on this position, my points of views are discussed as below.

 

The fundamental reason why I agree to make more efforts to solve the immediate problems is that if these currently existing social problems cannot be solved as soon as possible, they might severely threaten the social stability, which will bring more anticipated problems in the future. For example, a lack of money and pubic resources devoted to education will lead to a reduction in educational quality that will directly restrict the development of students' knowledge and capability. The diminution of graduates' personal quality will raise the unemployment rate because more graduates' capabilities cannot meet the requirement of enterprise and corporations. The high unemployment rate then will elicit more social problems such as the rise of crime rate that will bring about a public worry throughout the whole society. From this case, we can see that an immediate problem, if not be solved properly, might cause a ripple effect-a series of new problems are produced, some of which are even more troublesome. Focusing on the immediate problems, in this sense, is not just finding solutions for a group of specific problems, but also trying to avoid the uncertain risks and dangers of the future.

 

Secondly, the immediate problems are those that had occurred and needed to be solved urgently, so they generally draw more attention than the anticipated problems and the government as well as the relevant organizations certainly have more cognizance and insights on these subjects. In settling these immediate problems, the solution will be more focused, effective, and efficient-without lots of attempts and investigation. In contrast, those anticipated sometimes are too vague for us to fathom and to estimate the effects they might bring to the society-even we hardly confirm if they will happen. In short, focusing more on the anticipated generally is not a appropriate choice because the great efforts put on them-large amount of money and public resources, usually fails to be exchanged for a equivalently valuable outcome.

 

As I mentioned at the beginning, focusing more on the immediate issues is not contradictory with concerning the future. The truth is that the government has a great necessity to make blueprints for the whole society and to perceive some probable momentous social changes in advance in stead of excessively concentrating on the anticipated specific problems, to lead the country in a well-developing way. Further more, assuming that the society has already in a stable situation to develop constantly, it is inevitable that some new problems would arise accompanying the increasing complexity of the society. Trying to solving those anticipated problems is the important factor to extend the current success to the future.

 

In sum, the speaker's assertion that figuring out the immediate problems is more important is consistent with my viewpoint in the main. Maintaining the current social stability with solving existing immediate problems should always be the first priority for the government. But on this basis, the government ought to realize that it is the high-level cognizance of the future and sufficient preparation for the anticipated problems that provide a strong guarantee for the everlasting prosperity of the society.

昨天用手套电脑在3ds max里渲了张图,不到三个小时就好了,用我家电脑得6个半小时...

不得不承认p4 northwood 2.4 + 512 DDR333 + GF4 Ti4200 跟人家 Core2 duo E6300 + 1G DDR2 667 + X800XL的差距...

as you see , i'm trying to model a car .

compared with the previous cellphone i had made, the car was much more harder to create.

cuz' the structure is complicated and there are many curves instand of straight lines, i have to ajust the position of the vertexs again and again ...

i have just finished the main body of the car without many details and it took me a lot of time.

Then i will make the chassis and interior of the car including the seats and steering wheel .. 

but you can find there are still some problems...so i have to fix them...spending a lot more time, probably...

anyhow, i'm satified..it looks pretty good,right? :)

That's cuz' i made it  by following a video course step by step...it introduced some effective and technical method to create a car which helped me a lot...

without it , i would not have done this...absolutely.

最近除了我，似乎很多人都很久不更新了

其建模之复杂超出了我的想像（也不很复杂，谁让我用的不熟练呢-.-)

做到最后一打开3ds max都觉得恶心了..

决定最近一段时间不碰这玩意了

前天去中关村买刻录盘,发现连30浅蓝都没的卖了

30深蓝停产，TY的TDK五彩现在只有单片装　现在连浅蓝也停产..还能用什么盘刻CD?

有倒是有　That's audio ,TDK audio...etc..只是我实在消费不起..

下次买铼德的audio试试　看网上说性价比还不错

之后到海龙一层的三星体验店看看了显示器

正好显示器坏了打算买一个　

931BW 和　205BW都不错

205BW对比度和响应时间都比931BW差些　但是是20"的

实际上相比19"只大了一点　但支持的分辨率达到了1680*1050，更接近1080p的标准

两台都支持HDCP　都有DVI接口

现在觉得还是931BW更实用些　毕竟1080p的电影动辄十几GB，不可能经常下载...

而且19"的宽屏点距大　在最佳分辨率上字体大些看久了也不累

现在宽屏LCD还处在降价趋势中　再等等

又是这么多天没写日志了

倒也没什么特多想说的

 

刚上完8天的的网页设计课　累

连上8天课倒没什么　关键是上完以后就得做出一个网站

 

8天的课程仅仅是入门而已

没有深入的讲解网页编程技巧

主要还是带有启发性质的看一些各种经典网站范例

简单学习一下实现各种功能的源代码..

 

范例太多..源代码大多看不懂..

还要求做出的网站必须用代码一行行的写出来

OMG

绝对是考验我的毅力和耐心...还超费时间

想好好研究一下那些范例也没时间

搞得我现在对于什么asp.JavaScript的语法几乎一窍不通

只能用的时候把范例中的代码copy过来

 

以前做space时候觉得那一段段的html代码好复杂

现在觉得html这部分还是相对简单的

难的是asp和JavaScript

一旦涉及到编程,涉及到算法,就麻烦了...

 

最后做完的网站我也只能说我尽力了

效果嘛..差强人意吧　要光看首页还凑活...

不管怎么说　这8天收获还算挺大的

 

Doctor Hu说,一个成功的网站　技术只占30% 其余70%是创意和整体感觉

访问网站的人看到的不是源代码　而是实实在在的版面上的文字图片和整体设计

说的确实有道理　我也确实需要提高一下我的美术素养了...

 

最后说一下，最近在blogcn新开了个博　其实就是练习一下英语

 

 

看了别笑话我英语差..我也知道我英语不行所以才要练练的...

　前两天小宝换宿舍，和小蛋去帮他搬东西

　去了才知道他们宿舍8个人的东西全得我们搬

　

　“干嘛都得我们搬?”

　“外地的都没回来呢”

　“那让他们回来自己搬呗”

　“不行，学校要求这两天都得搬完”

　“那他们是不知道了？”

　“他们知道要搬宿舍”

　“那还不回来？”

　“给他们发短信了，都不回”

　“你们宿舍就你一个北京的？”

　“还有一个，前两天他就把自己东西搬过去了，还只搬了一半”

说实话　我也能理解

在家呆着是舒服　谁也不想这么早就回来

 

想让我们替你们搬过去倒是明说啊

又没让你们请客吃饭

但是直接绘图的话功能稍嫌不足

终于见识到高手了

昨天亚洲杯决赛

看到上半场5分钟内澳大利亚连进2球的时候,我心想:"完了“

这让我想起两年前奥运会上0:8输给德国的那场惨败

 

还好，顽强的中国女足顶住了压力

下半场扳平比分，并在点球大战中获胜

七年之后，重夺亚洲冠军
